Access to the Platform is granted by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect your social media accounts to our Platform, you authorize us to:

• Access your social media account information as permitted by each platform's API
• Publish content to your social media accounts on your behalf, only when explicitly scheduled by you
• Retrieve analytics and performance data associated with your published content

We will never publish content without your explicit authorization. You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings or directly through the respective social media platform.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, schedule, or publish through the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Platform integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
